Questions
Whose photos do you use?
Yours. You confirm you hold the rights to the photos you send and let us use them in the video. Samples are shared privately with that agent only. We never publish agents’ listings.
What does the restyle disclaimer say?
Every restyled shot carries this on screen: “Virtually restyled for illustration only. Furniture, decor and finishes are not included in the sale.” We never restyle structure (walls, windows or views), the disclaimer must not be removed, and we can make your video without restyled rooms.
How fast is delivery?
Listing videos are delivered in 48 hours from your yes and the full-size photos. Timing for an investor pack is agreed on the intake call, before you pay the deposit.
How many changes are included?
One round of changes is included on every listing video. Extra edits are £25 on UK orders. For investor packs, the rounds of changes are agreed in writing before work starts.
How do I pay?
South Africa: EFT or card through Paystack, with no VAT charged (the seller is not VAT-registered). One-off videos are paid upfront after the free sample. Monthly plans are invoiced on the 1st and payable within 7 days. UK VAT: reverse charge, customer to account for VAT. Investor packs: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery.
What do you do with my information?
Stefan Potgieter t/a AHA Venture Studios is the responsible party. We collect only what we need to reply and do the work, and we use it only for that. We don’t sell it or add you to marketing lists without your consent. Ask to see, correct or delete it at any time by emailing hello@ahaventurestudios.com. See our Privacy Policy (POPIA).
Do you give financial advice on investor packs?
No. We do design and financial modelling only. We are not a financial services provider, we don’t give financial advice or act as an intermediary under the FAIS Act, and we are not registered with the FSCA. Every investor document carries the words illustrative, not an offer, capital at risk. We don’t find or contact investors, and we don’t handle investor money.
