First video free for each new agency. Extra edits £25. One-off videos are paid upfront after the free sample. Monthly plans are invoiced on the 1st and payable within 7 days. UK VAT: reverse charge, customer to account for VAT.

Our samples are made from agents’ own listing photos, so we share them privately with that agent only and never publish them. Ask us and we’ll send a private link to a sample of one of your own listings.
Restyled rooms
Honest “imagine it your way” rooms.
Every restyled shot carries this on-screen disclaimer: “Virtually restyled for illustration only. Furniture, decor and finishes are not included in the sale.”
We never restyle structure (walls, windows or views), and the disclaimer must not be removed. Restyled rooms are illustrative only, and we can make your video without them.
Simple terms
The short version.
- You confirm you hold the rights to the photos you send and let us use them in the video.
- Once paid, you may use the video to market that property on any channel, indefinitely.
- The voiceover and captions use facts from your listing. You approve the script and are responsible for its accuracy.
- Payment is due before final files (one-off) or within 7 days of invoice (monthly).
Privacy (POPIA)
How we treat your information
Stefan Potgieter t/a AHA Venture Studios is the responsible party for personal information you send us. We collect only what we need to reply and to do the work you ask for: your name, business details, contact details and the material you choose to share. We use it only for that. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your consent. If you’d rather not hear from us, reply “no thanks” and we won’t contact you again. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ahaventurestudios.com. You may complain to the Information Regulator. See our full Privacy Policy.
