Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of ahaventurestudios.com (the “site”). Section 4 also applies if you ask us to build a website for you. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who we are

This information is provided in line with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. What the site is for

The site gives general information about AHA Venture Studios, the products we operate and our website-building service for small businesses. Nothing on it is legal, financial or other professional advice. You can’t pay for anything on this site itself: to order a website, you contact us by email or WhatsApp, and we confirm the scope and price with you before you pay anything (section 4).

3. Our products

Each product (MuniAudit, XSignal, EeziBid and RAF Companion) runs on its own website under its own terms, pricing and privacy notice. Those terms apply when you use that product. Descriptions on this site are summaries and may change.

4. Website builds for small businesses

We build websites for small businesses. This section sets out the main terms of that service. We confirm the scope, price and timing with you in writing before you pay.

• Price and scope: from R2,500 for a website of up to 3 pages, with a contact form or a WhatsApp button. If you need more, we quote for it before we start.
• Website + AI assistant: from R3,500 once-off for up to 3 pages, plus R449/month, which covers hosting and the assistant (it replaces the R199/month hosting). The assistant is a chat assistant on your site that answers visitors’ questions from your own site content and hands anything else over to WhatsApp.
• Payment: 50% upfront and 50% at launch.
• Timing: your website goes live in 5 business days, counted from when we have your deposit and your content.
• Hosting: R199/month, month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
• Domain name: billed separately, at cost.
• VAT: no VAT is charged (the seller is not VAT-registered).

5. Links to other websites

The site links to our product websites and to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, names and logos on the site belong to AHA Venture Studios or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site unlawfully, try to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it.

8. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AHA Venture Studios is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that can’t be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
